Job Description

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to recipes, menus, and customer preferences.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to high quality and hygiene standards.
• Plan daily food preparation and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Monitor food stock levels and inform management when supplies need to be restocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients to avoid spoilage.
• Manage portion control and minimize food waste.
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet customer orders and service timelines.
