Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality imaging results while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound scans and imaging procedures as requested by medical personnel
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain processes clearly
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment effectively
- Interpret and document imaging results for review by physicians
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Adhere to all health, safety, and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Radiography, Sonography, or a related field.
- Relevant certification or license in sonography is required
- Proven experience as a Sonographer is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of ultrasound equipment and imaging techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with high level of professionalism.
