Role Summary

  • The Senior Property Investment Advisor (Capital & Investment Strategy) will play a strategic role in helping Novarick structure and raise capital for its real estate projects and investment products.
  • The role combines investment advisory, capital raising, product structuring, and thought leadership.
  • The candidate will help design real estate investment offerings, prepare investor proposals, engage institutional investors, and educate the market through high-quality investment content.
  • This role is suited for professionals with backgrounds in investment banking, wealth management, private equity, asset management, or corporate finance.

Strategic Impact of the Role:

  • The Senior Property Investment Advisor will play a central role in positioning Novarick as a real estate investment platform rather than a traditional developer.
  • By structuring compelling investment opportunities and attracting investor capital, this role will help accelerate Novarick’s development pipeline and expand its investor ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities within Novarick’s portfolio
  • Source and manage relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, diaspora investors, and institutional investors
  • Lead capital raising initiatives for Novarick development projects and investment products
  • Structure property investment products and investment strategies
  • Develop compelling investment proposals and investor pitch materials
  • Present and defend investment proposals to potential investors and institutions
  • Collaborate with management on capital strategy for development projects
  • Support development of structured products such as property investment funds or special investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified investors
  • Work closely with the sales and development teams to close investment transactions

Institutional Capital & Strategic Responsibilities:

  • The role will also involve engaging institutional investors and capital partners.
  • Identifying potential institutional investors including asset managers, family offices, investment funds, and private banks
  • Structuring institutional investment opportunities in Novarick projects
  • Preparing investment memoranda and financial models for capital raises
  • Leading investor meetings and capital raise presentations
  • Helping design long-term capital strategies for Novarick’s growth
  • Content Creation & Thought Leadership
  • Candidates must actively contribute to Novarick’s thought leadership strategy.

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Creating investment-focused content for LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Participating in educational videos or webinars explaining real estate investment
  • Writing insights on property investment trends
  • Translating complex financial concepts into simple investor education content
  • Supporting the development of investor reports, guides, and market insights

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Total capital raised from property investments and structured deals
  • Number of new investors or institutions onboarded
  • Value of closed investment transactions
  • Quality and effectiveness of investment proposals produced
  • Pipeline of qualified investors and capital partners
  • Contribution to investor education content and thought leadership

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, wealth management, or corporate finance
  • Strong understanding of investment principles including ROI, yield, portfolio diversification, and capital structuring
  • Experience preparing and presenting investment proposals
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly to investors

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, CFA, or advanced degree in finance or economics
  • Experience raising capital for projects or investment funds
  • Experience working with high‑net‑worth or institutional investors
  • Experience in real estate investment analysis or development finance
