About the Role

• We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager, Pharmaceutical Lead to oversee our pharmaceutical projects from concept through to commercialisation.
• You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure full regulatory compliance — all while driving innovation and delivering results.

Key Responsibilties

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of pharmaceutical projects across the full product lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Supervise and mentor a team of pharmaceutical professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP, and quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
• Stay current with pharmaceutical industry trends and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management, with a leadership track record.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of drug development, regulatory frameworks, and GMP standards.
• Hands-on laboratory experience within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N450,000 monthly (net).
