Job Description

  • We are looking for a Contract Site Representative, M/F to join its workforce on the ERHA Project in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper execution of the maintenance contract onboard the FPSO.
  • Coordinate daily activities with the Client and Contractor teams.
  • Monitor planning, work execution, and contract performance (KPI, quality, delays).
  • Manage deviations, technical queries, and additional work requests.
  • Supervises Contractor maintenance personnel and ensures resource availability.
  • Organize work priorities in line with operational needs and maintenance schedule.
  • Promote and enforce all HSE standards and procedures.
  • Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site inspections.
  • Support incident reporting and follow-up of corrective actions.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on activities, manpower, progress, and issues.
  • Ensure maintenance data and work orders are properly recorded in the CMMS (SAP).
  • Monitor spare parts, consumables, and logistics.

Profile

  • 8–15 years in offshore O&G operations or maintenance.
  • Previous supervisory or contract coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong technical background in offshore maintenance: mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation.
  • Good understanding of FPSO systems and maintenance processes.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Familiar with CMMS tools (SAP, Maximo).
  • Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/HUET/CA‑EBS).
  • Fluent in English.
