Job Description

• A reputable consulting, learning, and human development organization focused on empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their best is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, engage clients, and promote transformative services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our consulting and learning services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the business development and consulting teams to design tailored client solutions.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets, preferably in consulting, training, or human development services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand client needs and articulate value propositions effectively.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
