About the Role
- We are seeking a Project Lead – Cosmetics to drive the development of innovative cosmetic products from concept to market.
- The successful candidate will lead product research, formulation development, and project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality cosmetic products aligned with market demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cosmetic product development from concept, formulation, testing, and launch.
- Conduct research on emerging trends, ingredients, and technologies in the cosmetics industry.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams including research, marketing, and ESG to ensure product compliance and market alignment.
- Analyze consumer insights and market data to refine product strategies.
- Build partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders.
- Present project updates and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in cosmetics research, product development, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience managing projects from concept to product launch.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary
