Techdoctorinnovations - A purpose-driven NGO focused on delivering structured programs and strategic initiatives that empower underserved communities and youth is looking for a Business Development Manager to build strategic partnerships and expand impact across communities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a resource mobilisation strategy aligned with the NGO’s mission and strategic plan.
• Identify and pursue grant opportunities (local, international, multilateral, foundations, CSR funds.
• Build and maintain partnerships with Government agencies, Private sector organisations, NGOS etc
• Identify new programme areas aligned with organisational mandate.
• Support communications efforts to enhance organisational visibility.
• Ensure proposals meet donor compliance and eligibility criteria.
• Explore non-grant income streams and develop sustainability strategies to reduce over-dependence on a single donor, etc.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Business Administration or related fields.
• 3-5 years’ sales in business development, preferably in NGO/Foundation, human development and Tech sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives independently work.

Salary
350000 per month.
