Job brief
- A leading consulting, learning and human development organization dedicated to helping individual and business unlock their potential and achieve excellence is looking for a training coordinator responsible for planning, coordinating and supporting the effective delivery of training programs in line with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling and execution of internal and external training programs.
- Liaise with facilitators, trainers and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective programe delivery.
- Manage training logistics, including venues, materials, participate communication and attendance tracking.
- Monitor tracking implementation to ensure quality standards and learning objectives are met.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports and documentations for management and donor or clients reporting.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in Education, social science, business administration or any related field.
- 1-3 years proven experience in training coordination, program support, preferably in education, learning and development or human development sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with facilitators, participants and stakeholders.
Salary
N200,000 per month.
