Job Title: Station Supervisor

Location: Onitsha, Anambra 

Job Summary

• The Station Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the station, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with safety standards, and excellent customer service.
• The role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining operational excellence. Supervise day-to-day station activities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilties

• Monitor fuel dispensing, product sales, and service delivery.
• Ensure pumps, equipment, and facilities are functioning properly.
• Ensure pumps, equipment, and facilities are functioning properly.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of station attendants and other staff.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Supervise cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
