Job Summary
- The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising sales staff, and ensuring orderliness while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
- Attend to high-value customers and close sales
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and productivity
- Ensure proper product display and store organization
- Motivate sales team members
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any field
- 2 – 4 years experience in retail sales, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, confident, and well-presented
- Strong sales and target-driven mindset.
