Description
- We are looking for a visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to drive innovation and oversee technical strategy across a diversified group operating in infrastructure, energy, and technology.
- This role requires a forward-thinking leader capable of scaling systems and delivering transformative solutions across Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s technical vision and roadmap
- Oversee engineering, product development, and innovation initiatives
- Drive digital transformation and technology integration across business units
- Lead high-performing technical teams and ensure operational excellence
- Evaluate emerging technologies and implement scalable solutions
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term growth strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 12–18 years experience with at least 5 years in executive leadership
- Strong background in infrastructure, energy systems, or enterprise technology
- Proven track record of scaling technical operations
- Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills
Preferred:
- Experience working across multiple African markets
- Exposure to large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
Salary
N1,000,000 - N2,000,000 / Month.
