Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage the company’s sales team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving property sales, managing sales executives, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve company sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the company’s real estate properties.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure the team meets monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate high-quality sales leads.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives to improve productivity and performance.
- Coordinate property inspections, client meetings, and sales presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with real estate sales processes and company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and property advertising.
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 – 2 years in a managerial role.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales and team management.
- Strong knowledge of property marketing, real estate transactions, and sales strategy.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive sales performance and meet revenue targets.
- Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
