Job Title: Field Marketing Agent
Locations: Mainland, Island, Ikorodu / Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Role Type: Remote / Field-Based (No daily office commute)
About the Role
- We are recruiting high-energy Field Marketing Agents for a massive mass-market customer acquisition project.
- You will be responsible for identifying petty traders and artisans in busy markets and your immediate neighbourhood, organizing them into structured groups of 30, and completing their digital KYC enrollment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of SSCE (O'Level) or OND.
- Must be able to read, write, and accurately type KYC data without spelling errors.
- Experience: Previous experience in field marketing, NGO data collection, census work, or POS onboarding is an advantage.
- Communication: Fluent in English and local languages (Yoruba/Pidgin).
- Personality: "Street-smart" individuals capable of confidently navigating major Lagos markets as well as mobilizing business owners within their own local communities.
Mandatory Device Requirements
You MUST own a functional Android Smartphone to apply:
- Operating System: Android 10.0 or higher (iPhones are NOT supported).
- Memory: Minimum 3GB RAM (4GB preferred) & 32GB Storage.
- Network: 4G LTE enabled for real-time data sync.
- Camera: Clear rear camera for capturing ID cards and "Live Photos".
Work Structure:
- Remote / Neighbourhood Operations: This is a remote field role. You do not need to spend money commuting to a central office daily. You will work independently within your own local community and report your daily numbers virtually to your Team Lead.
- Coordinated Market Storms: While your day-to-day work is remote, your Project Supervisors will organize periodic, high-energy "Market Storms" in your specific location, which you and your team will be required to attend to boost numbers.
