P.Petrop Solutions Limited is a fast-growing generator, agricultural, and power solutions company specializing in the sales, installation, and maintenance of diesel, gas generators, and agricultural equipment for industrial, commercial, and residential clients across Nigeria.

Job Title: Sales Manager - Generator / Agricultural Equipment
Locations: Ekiti, Kwara, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, and Oyo

Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in generator, industrial, and Agricultural equipment sales.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, managing the sales team, and developing strategic B2B.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in construction, telecom, manufacturing, oil & gas, hospitality, and real estate sectors:
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and government institutions
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value generator deals: Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition
- 5 - 12 years of experience in generator, power, and agricultural equipment, or industrial machinery sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of diesel and gas generators (15KVA - 2000KVA preferred)
- Experience managing a sales team
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Salary
N500,000 - N800,000 monthly.
