Job Summary
- We are looking for Online sales representative to communicate with potential customers through different means (WhatsApp, call, telegram, etc), convincing them to register, deposit, and use our platform.
- Your goal is to engage, persuade, and convert leads into active users through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers via WhatsApp, calls, and social media chats.
- Explain the benefits of our platform and guide users through registration & deposit.
- Answer customer inquiries, clear doubts, and handle objections professionally.
- Track and follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and persuasive tone at all times.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly conversion targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken English + Pidgin is a plus).
- Persuasive and sales-driven mindset with confidence in handling objections.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, Telegram, and social media chats for business.
- Interest in sports betting, casino, or fintech is an advantage.
