Job Title: Sales Manager (Tradtional Trade)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Sales Manager will drive product penetration across open markets and traditional trade channels, ensuring strong distributor and retailer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors and wholesalers
  • Expand product presence across open markets
  • Execute merchandising and visibility initiatives
  • Drive retailer engagement and sales growth
  • Monitor field performance and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years experience in FMCG/traditional trade sales.
  • Strong network within open markets and distribution channels.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
