Job Title: Operations Manager (Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services)

Location: New Oko Oba, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

• The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end laundry and dry-cleaning operations, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• The role includes staff supervision, process optimization, and business performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant and outlet operations (washing, dry cleaning, ironing, packaging, and delivery).
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for garment care and handling.
• Supervise and coordinate staff (machine operators, pressers, sorters, front desk).
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained and customer complaints are resolved promptly.
• Manage inventory of detergents, chemicals, and consumables.
• Monitor machine maintenance schedules and liaise with technicians.
• Drive operational efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
• Prepare operational reports (daily output, defects, revenue tracking).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in laundry, hospitality, or production operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
