We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Research industry trends to adjust purchasing strategies and anticipate supply changes.
  • Maintain documentation (invoices, contracts) in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor expenses against approved budgets to optimize cost savings
  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
  • Process purchase requisitions, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
  • Must know how to use accounting software.
