About the Job

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales professional who can own deals end-to-end, not just generate activity first in the US and Canadian markets, then Nigerian market.

Role Overview

  • The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new revenue from US ,Canadian and subsequently Nigerian clients by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to conversion and onboarding.
  • This role carries clear performance expectations and is ideal for someone who is able to meet set targets and comfortable operating in a startup environment with accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition in the US & Canada
  • Prospect, qualify, and close FX and cross-border payment opportunities
  • Engage senior decision-makers (Founders, CFOs, Finance Leads)
  • Lead discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and deal structuring
  • Manage longer, compliance-driven sales cycles
  • Work closely with compliance and operations to onboard clients
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records
  • Meet defined activity, pipeline, and revenue targets

Required Experience & Profile

  • 4–7+ years experience in fintech, FX, payments, banking, or SaaS sales
  • Proven track record closing international B2B deals
  • Experience selling to US or Canadian clients (very important)
  • Strong understanding of compliance, onboarding, and risk considerations
  • Comfortable working across time zones (EST/PST)
  • Results-driven, structured, and disciplined

Compensation & Structure

  • N300,000 - N400,000 / Month + 5% Commission (Base salary during probation) and
  • N500,000 - N700,000 / Month + 7% Commission (Post Confirmation)
  • Commission is paid monthly and only on completed, revenue-generating transactions
  • Confirmation is strictly tied to defined KPIs and revenue traction.
