We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Site Supervisor

Location: Lagos (Project Site)
Project Duration: 10 Weeks Company: Structured Resource Group

About the Role

  • Structured Resource Group is seeking two (2) experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Site Supervisors to oversee ongoing site activities for a short-term project.
  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for supervising installation work, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise E&I site activities including:
    • Cable routing and pulling
    • Cable glanding and termination
    • Instrument installation and hook-up
    • Panel installation and wiring
  • Ensure all work is executed in line with:
    • Approved drawings
    • Method statements
    • Project specifications
  • Monitor daily progress and report updates to the Project Manager
  • Maintain accurate daily site reports
  • Enforce strict HSE compliance and conduct toolbox talks
  • Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and approvals
  • Identify and escalate technical issues, delays, or risks
  • Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and manpower

Project Details:

  • Duration: 10 weeks (contract role)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Candidates must be ready for site-based work

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 5–8 years’ experience in E&I projects (preferably oil & gas)
  • Strong experience in:
    • Cable installation and termination
    • Industrial instrumentation systems
  • Ability to read and interpret:
    • Electrical drawings
    • Loop diagrams
    • Cable schedules
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Certifications

  • HSE Certification (Level 1–3)
  • Relevant electrical or instrumentation certifications
