Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team for an upcoming project in Gwarinpa.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of quantities, tenders, and budgetary estimates.
• Conduct site visits and assessments for progress valuations.
• Manage sub-contractor accounts and variations.
• Ensure project costs remain within budget without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QS software.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian construction market and material costs.
• Proximity to Gwarinpa/Abuja is an added advantage.
