Taraba State Government - Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the existing Vacancy in the Taraba State Agency for Community and Social Development Project, TACSDP-World Bank Assisted, in the capacity below:

Job Title: Secretary to GM

Location:
Taraba

Responsibilities
The secretary to the General Manager shall be responsible for:
  • Supporting the General Manager as a Personnel Assistant/ Confidential Secretary,
  • Providing secretarial assistance eg prepare all letters, memoranda and any requisite document for the GM,
  • Organizing itineraries, meetings and related schedules.
  • Maintaining adequate filing system for all mails and correspondence of the GM,
  • Assist the General Manager in covering Board Meetings.
Qualification and Experience
  • A degree/HND in Secretarial Administration or equivalent.
  • Computer skills- presentations, internet and Microsoft Office packages.
  • She / He must have at least 5 years secretarial experience.
Remuneration
The post attract remunerations commensurate with the mode of entry and in accordance with agreed terms with the World Bank.
