About the Role

• Our client is seeking a result-driven and customer-focused Telesales Officer to drive sales, manage customer interactions, and support digital engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, loan applications, and complaints across calls, chats, and emails within defined SLAs.
• Drive customer acquisition by converting leads into active customers.
• Process loan applications in line with company policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service across all channels.
• Meet sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Provide feedback to improve products, processes, and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in any discipline.
• 1–2 years’ experience in sales, telesales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in digital tools.

Salary
N200,000 - N220,000 / month.
