Macden Communications Limited is into the sale, supply and distribution of beverages and is a major distributor for Internationl Breweries PLC, Nigerian Breweries Limited, Guiness Nigerian Limited.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Service Representative, Females Only

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Maintain a positive and friendly tone with customers at all times
• Listen to customers complaint and try to identify the cause of their problems
• Identify the appropriate response and strategy to solve customers problems
• Be able to manage large amount of phone calls, chats, emails
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support

Requirements

• Interested applicants must be resident within IkeJa axis, Ogba axis, Ojodu axis, Berger axis, Agege axis, Ogudu axis, Ojota axis, Ketu axis and other nearby surrounding axis.
• Interested applicant must be young, energetic, fresh graduate from school and must have worked as a customer care representative within 1-3 years
• Interested applicants must be knowledgeable about business and must be able to use computer software

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
