Key Responsibilities

• Boost product visibility and sales
• Build strong retailer relationships
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Ensure proper route planning and delivery
• Report market intelligence.

Minimum Qualifications

• O’Level / OND or equivalent
• FMCG sales experience required
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Valid driver’s license (for driving roles).

• Net Salary: N104,692.25 monthly.
• Sign-on Bonus: N15,000 monthly (for first 3 months)
• Sales Incentives: N85,000
• Variable Pay: Avg N195,000 monthly
• Total Potential Earning: N399,692.25
