Role Overview
- We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Business Development & Growth to lead our revenue expansion and market penetration efforts.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, driving customer acquisition, and delivering sustainable growth across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and growth strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Lead and manage the business development team to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize go-to-market strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on growth initiatives
- Negotiate high-value deals and close strategic partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- 8–12 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth roles, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
