Customer Experience Representative (Night Shift) at Adereal Technology Limited

Its registered office is located atComputer Village, Ikeja, Lagos State — a major tech and electronics hub in Nigeria’s commercial capital.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Experience Representative (Night Shift)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints across online platforms including WhatsApp, email, social media, and live chat.
• Attend to customers both online and onsite, handling inquiries, purchases, and general requests
• Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and processes
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate and follow through on order fulfillment and delivery arrangements
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution
• Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the system
• Promote products by posting updates on WhatsApp broadcast groups and WhatsApp Business status

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent written communication skills (very important for online support)
• High level of empathy and patience
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and digital tool proficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in customer service or support is an advantage

Work Conditions

• Workdays: Monday-Sunday, with one day off (Sunday work is compulsory)
• Must be available to respond promptly during assigned hours
