Job Title: Experienced Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and financial control for construction projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports
- Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts
- Manage variations, claims, and final accounts
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and financial targets
- Conduct site visits to track progress and verify work completed
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in real estate and construction
- Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, cost estimation software)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) is an advantage.
