Job Title: Financial Controller

Role Overview

• The Financial Controller will oversee the company’s financial operations including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• The role will also support strategic financial planning, regulatory compliance, and financial decision-making to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions and reconcile sales across multiple payment platforms
• Support project financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decisions
• Monitor and control budgets across operations and projects
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Implement internal financial controls and maintain audit trails
• Monitor cash flow and ensure financial obligations are met
• Provide financial insights on contracts, projects, and business opportunities
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial planning
• Support payroll structures, commissions, and incentives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ICAN or ACCA certification (required) | MBA is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience, including 4 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
• Experience with financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
