Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Ikota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to manage customer interactions, support daily operations, and ensure efficient communication with customers.
  • The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and attend to incoming customer calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Send weekly product broadcasts and updates to customers.
  • Ensure clear, high-quality pictures of products are taken and posted in customer groups or communication channels.
  • Monitor inventory levels and promptly notify management of any shortages.
  • Receive cash payments and accurately record transactions.
  • Confirm and verify customer bank transfers before processing orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and transactions.
  • Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Male or Female (An unmarried candidate is prefered).
  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree (graduates preferred).
  • Previous customer service or related work experience.
  • Good understanding of basic computer appreciation/skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Must be responsible, reliable, and organized.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Saturday
  • 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM daily.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Graduate: N80,000 monthly (depending on qualifications)
  • Salary Review: Up to 20% increase after 6 months, subject to performance.
  • Christmas Bonus: Up to 20% of salary.
  • Off-Work Pay: Available depending on additional work completed.
