Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Lead and manage the salesteam.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
• Achieve sales targets and expand market share

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
