Job Title: Head Driver

Location: Warri, Delta

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible Head Driver to oversee driving operations and provide safe, efficient, and timely transportation services.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and excellent driving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of all drivers.
• Drive company executives, staff, and materials as required.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation at all times.
• Maintain assigned vehicle(s) in good working condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and ensure proper maintenance of all fleet vehicles.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Train and guide other drivers where necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness of vehicles at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 5 - 7 years driving experience, with supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of road networks within and around Warri.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Must reside in Warri.
