Multixept Associates Limited (Chartered Architects) is a multi-disciplinary practice providing services in architecture, interior design, master planning, design consultancy, urban regeneration, project management and contract administration. The practice maintains a fully staffed office in Lagos and derives its strength from a team of established competencies, diverse skill sets, and experience backgrounds.

Job Description

  • The architectural arm of the business - Multixept Associates Limited - is a well-established architectural firm with over 25 years of experience. Founded in Lagos, the firm is now headquartered in Abuja, delivering architectural services across various projects in Nigeria.
  • The firm is entering a decisive new chapter and rebuilding its core team while delivering several high value projects already on site. This is a moment of growth and responsibility, not maintenance. As such, we are seeking a competent Architect to join our team.

Job Objectives

  • Design & Project Excellence:Provide strategic design across all projects within the Group, ensuring architectural outputs meet the highest standards of creativity, functionality, compliance, and client expectations.
  • Project Coordination & Delivery Management: Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end architectural process across the companies, ensuring alignment with project briefs, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements whilemaintainingconsistency andquality.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage architectural projects from design development through construction, coordinateconsultantsand site teams, and ensure that quality, timelines, and design intent are protected throughout delivery.
  • Develop creative and functional building designs that meet client needs.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
  • Ensure designscomply withbuilding codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct site visits tomonitorprogress and resolve design-relatedissues.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to align design with structural, mechanical, and electricalrequirements.
  • Meetclients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords of design changes and approvals.
  • Supervise construction to ensure work aligns with approved designs.
  • Address and resolve on-site challenges promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Master's degree in Architecture
  • 5 – 7 years progressive experience
  • Excellent use of Revit
  • Strong technical and construction detailing skills
  • Proven experience taking projects from conceptualization through construction stage
  • Proficiencyin relevant design and documentation software
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
