Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled Zoho CRM Specialist to manage, customize, and optimize our Zoho CRM system to enhance customer relationship management and streamline business operations.
  • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for training sales teams on how to effectively use Zoho CRM, ensuring they fully leverage the platform to improve customer engagement and drive sales performance.

Reporting Line

  • This role reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize, configure, and maintain the Zoho CRM platform to meet business and operational needs.
  • Implement and optimize workflows, automation, and integrations with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Zoho CRM and its integrated systems.
  • Train and guide sales teams on the effective use of Zoho CRM modules, including Leads, Contacts, Deals/Opportunities, and Reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to refine CRM strategies and align them with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho products, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Desk.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics(Zoho experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in workflow automation, customization, and API integrations.
  • Experience in training sales teams and conducting workshops on CRM usage and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create actionable insights using reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
