Leisure court Nigeria Limitedis a Nigerian real-estate development and property company that operates primarily in Abuja,Lagos and Akure. It’s a privately held firm in the housing and construction sector focused on real estate development, property sales, building services and infrastructure projects.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT) 

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Provide legal advice on real estate transactions and corporate matters
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Liaise with external solicitors, regulatory bodies, and government agencies
• Handle property documentation, title verification, and due diligence
• Manage dispute resolution and represent the company when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (LL.B) in Law
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification legal experience (preferably in real estate or corporate law)
• Must be called to the Nigerian Bar
• Strong knowledge of property law and legal procedures in Nigeria
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
