We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Training Team Lead

Locations: Lagos, Kano and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Training Team Lead is responsible for leading all technical training initiatives for 2W and 3W products across the assigned region. The role ensures that sales, service, and technical teams are properly trained, certified, and continuously developed to support business growth, product quality, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation.
  • This role is highly hands-on and field-focused. It requires strong coordination with OEMs, dealerships, service centres, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring training standards are consistently applied across the region.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Capability Building:

  • Lead, coach, and manage regional trainers and facilitators.
  • Build a strong pipeline of certified technicians, sales executives, and trainers within the region.
  • Monitor trainer performance and ensure continuous improvement in delivery quality.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive training, technical operations, or after-sales, with strong exposure to 2W and 3W products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of 2W and 3W vehicles, diagnostics, and service processes.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
