We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Lekki Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, and mentor warehouse personnel to improve performance.
• Safety and Security: Implement and enforce health and safety regulations (OSHA) and maintain a secure facility.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transport companies to manage supply chain logistics.
• Space Optimization: Strategically plan warehouse layouts to ensure efficient space utilization.
• Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations (shipping, receiving, storage, and fulfillment) to maximize productivity.
• Inventory Control: Audit inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate record-keeping

.Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:3+ years in a warehouse or logistics role, with experience supervising hourly employees.
• Leadership:Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Systems Proficiency:Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Physical Ability:Ability to work in a, sometimes, fast-paced environment and handle heavy equipment.
• Education:High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
