Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery
• Supervise, train, and manage staff performance
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement innovative ideas to improve service, revenue, and overall operations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and budgeting
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
• Introduce creative promotions, events, and campaigns
• Leverage social media and partnerships to increase brand visibility
• Identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Highly innovative with the ability to introduce new ideas and improve operations
• Solid understanding of restaurant marketing and sales strategies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
