Job Summary

  • Runlink (International Data Cable Brand) is hiring a Sales Manager in Lagos! Focus on daily on-site market development and hands-on social media operation to drive data cable sales and distributor acquisition in Nigeria.
  • Ideal candidate with sales experience, social media proficiency and a willingness to run offline wholesale markets daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily on-site market visits (Alaba/Computer Village & Ikeja wholesale markets), proactively develop potential distributors, agents and retail clients, and close B2B sales deals.
  • Manage end-to-end mainstream social media operations (TikTok/YouTube/Facebook/Instagram): create original promotion content, post regularly, engage with followers and convert online inquiries into offline sales.
  • Execute assigned sales plans, achieve individual sales targets and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
  • Conduct on-site market research, collect competitor pricing, product information and customer demands, and report to the Sales Supervisor timely.
  • Assist in brand promotion activities at on-site markets and via social media, enhance brand visibility in the Nigerian wholesale market.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
  • 1+ years of sales / retail experience in Nigeria (mobile accessories is a plus).
  • Proficient in hands-on operation of Nigeria's mainstream social media (TikTok/YouTube/Facebook/Instagram): able to create content, operate accounts and drive online engagement independently.
  • Willing to work on-site and visit wholesale markets daily; strong initiative and result-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, able to develop clients and build business relationships independently.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); basic Yoruba is an advantage.
