We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Services / Front Desk Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, responsive, and highly organized Front Desk / Office Administrator to manage our front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • This role requires someone who can communicate clearly, handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, and maintain a professional presence at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in visitors professionally
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Handle / monitor general company email communications
  • Respond to enquiries or escalate to relevant team members
  • Log all enquiries and ensure proper follow-up
  • Maintain office records and documentation
  • Coordinate appointments and internal schedules
  • Support administrative and operational tasks
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 0 – 2 years experience in a similar role
  • NYSC completed or near completion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 per month.
