Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive sales growth and expand market presence for the company’s wine and spirits portfolio.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent networking skills, and proven experience in the beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow wine & spirits sales
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and distributors
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales or business development in the wine & spirits industry
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and alcoholic beverage market trends
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as required and manage multiple client accounts
  • Result-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
