Description
- We are currently recruiting driven, result-oriented, and experienced sales professionals to support distributor-led sales operations across multiple territories.
Role Overview
- The Sales Supervisor will manage Van Sales and Van Delivery teams, ensure effective route execution, drive sales performance, and support daily distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach Van Sales & Delivery Representatives
- Monitor sales performance, conduct field visits, and provide feedback
- Train teams on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service
- Coordinate inventory, routes, and promotions with Sales Manager
- Report competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience with 1 - 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills
- Provision of three (3) verifiable guarantors.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: N120,000
- Incentives: N150,000
- Conveyance: N60,000.
