Job Title: Accountant (Entry Level)

Location: Alimosho (Akowonjo), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant (Entry-level) to join our finance team.
• The successful candidate will assist in managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Support the reconciliation of financial statements, bank accounts, and ledgers
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in cost control, expense tracking, and financial performance monitoring

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role (internships included)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Familiarity with Nigerian accounting standards and regulations

Preferred:

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Certification or progress toward a professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) is an advantage

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
