Job Title: Industrial Expeller / Extruder Mechanical Specialist
Location: Mowe - Ibafo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of expeller and extruder machines
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults including wear, vibration, overheating, and alignment issues
- Conduct routine inspections on bearings, shafts, gears, seals, and hydraulic systems
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Monitor machine performance and recommend mechanical improvements
- Handle dismantling and reassembly of machine components during overhauls
- Ensure proper lubrication and calibration of mechanical systems
- Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment meets operational demands
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Salary
N450,000 - N600,000 per month.
