We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Internal Auditor

Locations: Calabar, Cross River 
Reports to: Head of Internal Audit / Finance Manager

     Main Function

• Inernal Auditor is responsible for reviewing financial and operational processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• The role helps identify r isks, detect irregularities, and strengthen internal controls within the organization.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of financial records, transactions, and operational processes.
• Review internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraud and report findings.
• Verify cash transactions, sales records, and expense documentation.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions from audit reports.
• Support management in improving financial and operational efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial and audit information.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Certifications:

• HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in auditing, accounting, or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.
• Experience in hospitality or retail operations is an added advantage.
