We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Anyigba, Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct land and site surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and contours.
• Perform setting out of construction works in accordance with approved drawings.
• Take accurate measurements for site layout, leveling, and positioning.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data for project planning and execution.
• Prepare survey reports, maps, and drawings.
• Ensure accuracy of all measurements and survey outputs.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure correct project alignment.
• Operate and maintain survey equipment (i.e. GPS, leveling instruments, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with surveying standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and survey records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Surveying, Geomatics or related field.
• 3–5 years relevant experience in land surveying within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and site setting out.
• Proficiency in the use of survey equipment.
• Familiarity with surveying software and data processing tools.
• Good understanding of construction site operations.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
