Job Title: Hostel Matron

Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Student Welfare: Act as a nurturing figure, providing emotional support and care to students.
• Security & Discipline: Ensure a safe environment, enforce hostel rules, and monitor student behavior.
• Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the hostel premises and ensure students maintain personal hygiene.
• Onboarding of new hostel parents.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years+ of experience in child care, supervision, and guidance
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle disciplinary issues and conflicts effectively
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices
• Empathetic and nurturing attitude towards students
• Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or childcare
• Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
