Job summary

• We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and proactive kitchen manager to oversee all kitchen operations, ensure high-quality meal production, maintain smooth daily workflow, and ensure proper hygiene is observed in the kitchen.

Job Descriptions & Requirements

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities and workflow.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals for events, orders, and daily production.
• Enforce portion control, recipes, and quality standards.
• Ensure the kitchen and environs are always clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Supervise kitchen staff and assign duties.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring meals are prepared on time and to high standards
• Plan menus that meet nutritional guidelines and cater to diverse dietary needs
• Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships within budget
• Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver excellent service
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and school policies
• Work closely with school leadership to support events and special occasions

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree
• 4 Years of experience in the same position or a similar hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of catering operations and bulk food production.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and kitchen regulations.
• Must be organized, disciplined, and reliable.
