Job Title: Promotions Manager 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Promotions Manager will drive consumer demand and brand visibility through effective promotional campaigns and field activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute promotional campaigns
• Generate consumer insights to support sales strategies
• Manage merchandisers and field promoters
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive product sell-through
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 4–7 years experience in promotions or brand activation
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior
• Excellent creativity and execution skills.

Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 per month.
